You do not have to make the journey alone.
Spiritual direction - also called spiritual companionship - is a confidential, contemplative relationship that helps a person notice, explore, and respond to the sacred movement within their life.
Spiritual companionship offers an attentive relationship in which your experience can be heard without judgment, hurried answers, or pressure to conform. I welcome people grounded in a faith tradition, moving between traditions, questioning inherited beliefs, or seeking meaning outside organized religion.
This is an explicitly welcoming practice for LGBTQ+ seekers and for people who have been hurt, rejected, or excluded by religious communities.
