Rooted in Christian contemplative traditions and Buddhist practices and beliefs, my work honors the many ways people name - or do not name - the sacred.

Years of accompanying people across diverse religious, cultural, social, and behavioral experiences have taught me that spiritual life rarely unfolds in a straight line. I offer grounded companionship that respects established faith, evolving beliefs, honest doubt, and the changing language of the soul.

My approach integrates Christian contemplative prayer and mysticism, Buddhist practices and beliefs, Family Systems thinking, and Jungian depth psychology. These traditions offer complementary ways to explore relationships, patterns, symbols, inner life, and spiritual freedom and identity.

Depending on your needs and interests, our work may include methods of contemplative prayer, mindfulness training, reading and discussing sacred text, reflection on dreams and symbols, breath and body awareness, engagement with the natural environment, meditation, yoga, and other practices. No single framework is imposed; every practice suggested is in response to your experience, values, body, and spiritual orientation.
